Policy Briefs

The RECREATE Policy Briefs aim to translate the key outcomes of the project into policy-relevant messages for policy-makers, research funding agencies, researchers and other stakeholders. Based on the evidence collected in the context of the project, they are  supposed to provide clear and implementable policy recommendations.

Twelve policy briefings will be published during the course of the project that will inform about R&I trends and prospects in the areas of climate action, resource efficiency and raw materials. Finally, a report containing all policy briefings, together with a synthesis that summarizes the main observations, challenges and conclusions will be produced.

The first series of RECREATE Policy Briefs are directly based on the so-called Evidence-Based Narratives (EBNs), which try to describe the potential, risks and challenges of promising innovations in the areas of Systemic Eco-innovation, Nature-Based Solutions and climate change Services.
